ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - Notice

To all Members of Kings Heath National Spiritualist Church.

KINGS HEATH NATIONAL SPIRITUALIST CHURCH – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – SUNDAY 15TH MARCH AT 2.00 PM

It is our duty and pleasure to give notice of the above named meeting to be held at

Kings Heath National Spiritualist Church

5 Springfield Road

Birmingham B14 7DT

On Sunday 15th March at 2.00 pm.

Only fully paid up Full members (including Honorary Members) will be able to tender nominations for the offices on the Church Committee. Nomination forms with the relevant vacancies will be available on request from 16th February 2020 and must be returned to Church by the end of Divine Service on 1st March 2020. A nominations box will be available for this purpose.

A list of the current Committee Membership is attached, together with a list of the qualifications necessary that need to be taken into account before nominations can be accepted by the Church.

Any fully paid up Full Member (including Honorary Members) of the Church who wish to submit a Motion with Notice for the AGM must make their submission by no later than 9th February 2020. Please address such motions to Denise Cutting, Secretary at the Church.

Under the SNU Rules for Churches, although all are welcome to be present at the AGM, Associate Members do not have the same rights as Full Members. They are not allowed to move or second motions at the meeting; to vote; to nominate for committee; or to stand for committee.
